Sanjay Anand is the Principal Consultant and Owner of CLA Solutions Assurance Systems LLC, a Business and IT management consulting firm started in 2002. He started his career as a programmer over 20 years ago, winning such accolades as creating Asia's then-best-selling Computer Assisted Learning software, and going on to more business-oriented application software including J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft and Oracle, for which he won such awards as J.D. Edwards Consultant of the Year, Eastern Area Special Achievement, Global Enterprise Solution Outstanding Performance and Valuable Teamwork, amongst others. His client list reads like a Who's Who of the Fortune 500's and the Global 2000's, and spans dozens of industries from Asia to the Americas. He is the author of books on various business and technology topics for McGraw-Hill, John Wiley, Prentice-Hall and Van Haren, and his articles have been published in scores of journals, magazines and other publications around the globe. He is a frequent speaker at various business and technology forums, and has received numerous honorary certifications and fellowships from institutes in the US, UK and Asia.
Sanjay has an MSc in Technology, and MS (summa cum-laude) in Computers from BITS Pilani (an MIT affiliate), and an MBA in Operations and Strategy, and an MS (summa cum-laude) in Finance from Boston College. He is proud of the fact that he completed his Masters programs fulltime while working fulltime.
He is an industry Certified Consultant and a Certified Instructor.

With 15 years of experience in various facets of business and technology, and Principal at GKBN Technologies since 2000, Robert J. Schwind is strategic advisor to for-profit, non-profit, government and education companies and agencies on such topics as Risk Management, Business and IT Alignment, and System Implementation and Integration. Having worked with clients in both the government and private sectors, he has extensive experience in healthcare, commercial banking, and mortgage servicing industries. Robert is intimately familiar with the functional and technical aspects of business process improvement and internal control documentation.
Robert holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany. His areas of expertise include enterprise analysis, infrastructure and architecture design, IT governance, information audits and reviews, and software development and support. He has contributed on these and similar topics to various books, journals and magazines.
