Classroom Training

For classroom training, CMP offers a full refund for cancellations up to 72 hours before the first day of class. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your classroom reservation by emailing info@cmpacademy.com. On the first day of class, you may leave class during the first break and return all of your class materials for a full refund.

Live Online Classes

For live online classes, CMP offers a full refund for cancellations anytime before class begsins. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your classroom reservation by emailing info@cmpacademy.com. On the first day of class, you may leave class during the first hour for a full refund. In order to receive a refund, you must email info@cmpacademy.com.

Recorded Online Classes

For recorded online training, CMP offers a three-day money-back guarantee. Please email info@cmpacademy.com to request a refund.
